UNWILLING This center is a great resource for senior, very well organized with excellent programs and caring and devoted staff. However the woman ansering the main line 831 375 4454 on July 14, 2010 @ appoximately 1:15PM was extremely rude, not at all helpful, not willing to help; and clearly demonstrates her disinterest and unwillingness and to help. She should not be answering the phone as she clearly diminishes the integrity of this fine institution.
