I have had online connection issues accessing my account at this bank. Nobody there to help you after 9-5. No phone numbers easily provided. At least half of your attempts to access your HYS account online will not work. Have to assume a very antiquated IT system. These are problems unique to this bank that I have not experienced at any other online bank. Tons of time wasted.
Love the saving accounts!!! Sallie Mae Bank has one of the highest interest rates you can earn on Money Market and Certificate of Deposits. Very easy to open and easy to understand mobile app
Trust me, don't trust your future on this bank
I tried to call the bank on Friday during their working hours and it took me to an automated message saying I was calling outside of their work hours, then I tried to call the customer service line and I was on hold for 30 minutes! The customer service here is not very good.
