I have purchased a Salli saddle split chair with "sway feature" but it didn't work for me as the chair puts pressure to my groin area. David helped me to fix it without charging me extra! Great service!
I had never heard of a saddle chair before, but was recommended one for my back problems. I've been using the Salli Sway for the past year and while it has been amazing most of the time, on exceptionally long 14 hour days, I'd feel mild discomfort. Spoke to customer service and David and I were able to troubleshoot that I was too short for the chair! Even though I had not purchased the chair through them, David was still happy to come by my Beauty Studio and swap out the gas lift base for a shorter and smaller version more suitable to my height.
