Very disappointed with their lack of flexibility with our sons schedule one week on/one week off and an unexpected job loss. It took weeks to get a response after several inquiries and came back with zero flexibility. Being a non profit, I am more than disappointed with their customer service and willingness to work with our sons split schedule and current situation.
