This. This is how a shop experience should be, and not so much a bike shop. All shops. Having visited every bike shop in the Vancouver area looking for a new ride, and in bike terms, I don’t have the healthiest of budgets so typically, I was being met with sales assistants that would give shrugs for answers, Google products for me and point me to the door or poorly recommend bikes that were out of my fit, budget and not for my style of riding. Website and Google opening hours aren’t actual fact. Which is highly annoying when you spend an hour to get there to actively buy a bike and they’re shut by 445 on a Monday.
Steven got my bike fixed up for a trip with only a couple days notice. Super pleasant guy to deal with and his passion for cycling shows.
