Won a free salt chamber session at Third Thursday and could not be happier! I will absolutely be back after this!
Robyn is an excellent yoga teacher! She is very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. She adjusts the practice to your specific needs and it’s always a fun and relaxing session.
If you want stress and pain relief from a sauna, the benefits of salt room therapy or to tone up in on of the exercise/yoga classes, these guys have you covered. Plus this is just three of the services offered here. At SPWC you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a group that is supportive of your wellness journey.
