Did salt room and sauna - very relaxing and clean. Staff was very patient and explained things clearly. I am definitely going back!

Robyn is an excellent yoga teacher! She is very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. She adjusts the practice to your specific needs and it’s always a fun and relaxing session.
If you want stress and pain relief from a sauna, the benefits of salt room therapy or to tone up in on of the exercise/yoga classes, these guys have you covered. Plus this is just three of the services offered here. At SPWC you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a group that is supportive of your wellness journey.
