Had a problem with not receiving anything they send me in the mail regarding my trailer taxes and called to find out why. Well when I asked how much I owed I got hung up on and then when I called back to asking again how much I owed and to also ask to speak to a supervisor about the first time I was hung up on and got hung up on again! These people do terrible business! Something needs to be done about this place!
I tried to renew my tags online....apparently there is a 'glitch' in the system, it told me to contact my County Treasurer office, made the call and the gal named Sarah who answered the phone was very rude. I explained what I was 'told' to do and was just following directions and in her snippity way told me I was supposed to call the tag dept. She needs a better customer service attitude! No wonder why nobody wants to ever go to this building. Hope your day gets better....SARAH!
