When I had a mediation with my parents they didn't record any of the conversation. The mediation was done in a back courtroom. The ONLY 2 people that were there in the court room was my atourney and a retired judge. And nothing that was said durning the medation was recorded on paper by the saline county district court. They have unconstitutional policies that don't allow for recording in the public. They are rude, disrespectful and ignorant to what their official capacity is. Which is public service. You have no expectation of privacy in public and we've been given the right to record and redress our public servants.
Don’t recommend asking for help from Ella or Elly? or anyone in the county prosecutors office or attempt to dispute any tickets. They came across very rude, inconvenienced and unwilling to help. It’s best to just shut up, don’t ask any questions and pay.
