Hired them to do our LLC since ,we are in the process of starting our new company. At this point they did great , no hassles , everything on point. Then I said well if they did great on our LLC, we can give them more work. So we asked them to do our past W2's. Which ,we didn't have with us. So we signed some papers to give them power of attorney, so that they could get all of the information. 1 week past and no e mail or an update. A very negative experience. I contacted them over the phone to get a few questions about their service and how they could help me, and I got no help. Veronica said she'd find out to give her a call later on, and I did, and she said she had forgotten to check on the info. I scheduled and appointment and spoke with Carol, who, after speaking with me, decided that Veronica would be the person with the expertise to handle my case, and that I should give her a call or an email.
