July 2nd 2024 Update: after I placed my review. They responded, and I called and talked to them in Person. Call after call they said that they would be meeting with the board and would get back to me. This happened for a few weeks. The last time I spoke with them they tried to put blames on my mother because of her weight ( how is one suppose to exercise after coming out of surgery with a bowed leg. My mother has had her knee replaced 2( the same knee) the 2nd surgery had failed now. Please do not let your loved ones to come here. The dr that did her surgery should be ashamed of his self!!! Right after Surgery her leg was broken due to the way the dr put in the rod. He also put the rod at a diagonal making my mom bowlegged... The kicker is since it is a pre-existing her new insurance will not pay for the surgery and she will have to pay out off pocket. Which she can not afford!!!! Where do i start first off When you first enter the building you are greeted with the most heartfelt and warm welcoming smiles i have ever seen in any Doctors office. These ladies gather your private information .And you wait in the lobby area its just like sitting in your living room so relaxing. Then your name is called you go to the exam room to be completely honest this crew is spot on. You never are waiting very long in a room and you are never forgotten like some Doctors offices. Amazing patient care . Dr Harbin and Amber are the best of the best . After seeing them over the years with all the sports injuries for our children I had an injury . From the first day to the follow up with physical therapy they are the best around . Thanks for the best care in town .
