Scam! scam! scam! I bought 2 great carpets from them! Their stuff is nice but their dealings are bad! Think twice before you hand over the money coz once it’s on to their hands; it’s not coming back no matter what! I bought a carpet size 10*13 and exchanged it for 8*11 and they would not refund me the balance amount. Helpless I had to buy 2 more carpets spending 200$ which they handed me a credit note for (forcefully)coz they would not give me the money back of the difference of the smaller carpet! Had a great experience at this carpet store! They have excellent quality rugs and plenty of beautiful options. The environment was welcoming and comfortable, which made choosing much easier. Big shout-out to AJ for being so helpful and knowledgeable when picking out the rugs. Highly recommend!
