I recently contacted Sales Rabbit to downgrade my account from the Plus version back to the standard one. I first called on Monday but received no callback. The next day, around 9:00–9:30 a.m., I called again and left both my number and my employee’s number in case I was unavailable. Still, no one reached out. No portal for Billing. They just bill you whatever they want when you add users. It doesn't show you how much additional users cost. For a tech company this is insane! We got a bill for 1,800 then another for 500 then another for 1,100 for adding 4 users. I have to call them to get any info. While I was on the phone Beth at customer support and she's laughing at me about my issue.

We spent close to $4,000 on SalesRabbit and honestly, it was a huge letdown. The app is super glitchy — it crashes, lags, and half the features don’t even work the way they’re supposed to. It sounded great when we signed up, but in practice, it just made things harder for our team. A lot of the tools they advertise don’t work right, and support hasn’t been helpful at all. We got so frustrated with it that we stopped using it altogether. Total waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend it

SalesRabbit makes it really easy to track door to door sales for our outside sales team. It also is great for tracking each persons territory. I’d recommend this CRM if you have an outside sales team for sure!
