Honestly speaking, the transition has been as smooth as smooth can be. The training and onboarding process was totally effortless with a customized training developed for our store. My advice, when you are ready to make the switch, ask to be on board by Robinson, he is marvellous.
The software is solid and reliable. Switched from premium Wireless and we have not witnessed a single second of downtime yet. The software fulfills every need we have, invoicing, parts management, interfacing with the customer in an organized fashion, reporting, and the list goes on forever. In case we need further explanation of a feature, the support team is second to none. Price is way less than one would expect for everything it does.
