Very helpful and kind. Great communication surrounding the delivery and delivered straight to the room. Some of the best prices for sofas too! 10/10. I got a small four seater L shaped sectional and was told it would be an easy set up. I still wasn't sure what easy meant because it was my first time owning an actual sofa, but they weren't kidding! It was literally opening the box, screwing the lege, setting the cushions, and sliding the back and arm rests into place! So very user friendly too.
