Sliding scale rents are supposed to be not for profit but the building should be paid off by now. But I haven't seen them drastically decreasing the rents or making upgrades significantly. The hallways are not air-conditioned, The carpets are ancient

This apartment complex is full of mold. You can see the signs in the walls and smell it in the halls and stairwells. Original carpet from 21 years ago. Lousy management. The manager is here 1 day a week from 10-4 pm. We're lucky to see her before 1 pm. Thursdays are appointment only. Expect to wait up to 4 hours for manager to show up. The owner is only interested in getting your rent check to fill up his bank account. Minimal upkeep to the building and the maintainence manager is 3rd rate.This is not a place for senior reti... read more

The manager is not always honest, especially when he gets caught stealing money from tenants on their gas utility bills.

Management and some residents are very rude. Was visiting from Arizona to see father n law and was not treated very kindly about being there. My car also got broken into and broke my window, smashed my door, and took off with some spendy items. Since then i heard more parkin lot theiving has happened and still nothing has been none to change that.
