I’m writing to express my complete frustration with the way I’ve been treated as a regular customer at Salem Tobacco, located at 2274 Salem Rd, Conyers, GA, Suite 104. I’ve had to return defective products at least five different times. And almost every single time, instead of being helped or even treated with basic respect, I’ve been blamed.
