Not a great experience. Very rude and unprofessional and prices for standard year tax prep are astronomical! We went to H&R Block this year for a fraction of the cost and less hassle.

I am 79 years of age and have used Salem tax for the past 15 years. The service is excellent: timely, professional, and individualized. The Financial advisor I have worked with is Tyler. She has guided me through three complex financial situations as well as preparing my tax returns yearly. I rely on Tyler more as I head into my eighth decade and she is available for questions through out the year. She is my stress reliever in financial situations.
