previously rated it 5 stars now it's 1 due to rotating uninformed staff. No offense personally people but I brought a out of state bus here for a out of state inspection all they have to do is look at the vin and write it down. Patricia began arguing with me that I need a bus inspection. I had not yet transferred the title from PA to Ohio and that's not my plans for the bus to need any kind of bus inspection. For the Ohio BMV in Salem, OH, now state-owned.. terrible experience and would not recommend taking business to this location. Staff was not friendly and seemed miserable to be there. Zero customer service. No "hello" "how can I help you?" "thank you" "have a good day." When it was my turn to be waited on, I let the clerk know what I needed, with wide eyes seemed really disappointed she had to do her job, even while sitting in a chair. I was there to get my Real ID. I called beforehand and talked to Emily and asked what I needed to bring. I was told my birth certificate, 2 proof of residence, marriage license and social security card. I brought all those things and then was informed it had to be a document with all name changes and you can’t bring a medical bill for proof of residence. She then what felt like threw the bill at me.
