Good luck getting into contact with customer service. They’ve sent my insurance payment late and won’t even pick up the phone to answer my questions. I’m up to an hour and 15 minutes on hold so far collectively and haven’t talked to a single person
While the people there are generally good, every single process is outdated and archaic. Unable to easily set up auto loan payment, unable to easily do multiple payments, requires physical checks to begin the process. It is a shame because otherwise they are a decent lender.
