I called today in regard to a $2 charge that was hit with $35 nsf fee. I called to discuss the charge, but the representative was condescending and arrogant. They aren't open during bank hours. Even if Google Maps claims the business is open, you walk up to the bank on a regular weekday and it's locked. No one is inside.
