I give it a 3 star because everytime i go cash out a housing check i get these judgment looks and yes judgment because when I cash a different check or anything related to my own account the looks are different more pleasant. If I withdraw money from my daughters account who is joint with mine for being under age they do the same judgment looks. I called today in regard to a $2 charge that was hit with $35 nsf fee. I called to discuss the charge, but the representative was condescending and arrogant.
