Feels like a family business, the teller Kendra knows the whole town. Does an excellent job when traveling and is a great conversationalist, among other things. 👍
Kendra at South Peabody Salem Five Bank was very helpful with re-setting me up with a new Debt card and taking care of my fraudulent purchase purchases on my card. I thought it was going to be a nightmare and time consuming but it went very smoothly. Salem five has again went above and beyond for service and that’s why I been a customer for over 40 years.
This bank is great. Just around the corner from my house. No long wait times & very nice people.
