Everyone in Bedford branch was so nice and opened my checking account less than half hour.
I was introduced to David B. by a friend and he connected me with Misha, Christine C., and Tom T. They are all truly amazing! They not only responded to my inquiry promptly, but have been so very helpful throughout the process. I felt informed of my options and they guided me through each step with clear instructions. I cannot thank them enough for making this banking experience so positive.
Excellent customer service
I had the worst bank service experience at this Salem five branch and i got so disappointed. One of there branch personnel called Nisha is so unprofessional and disrespectful in fact she even lucks customer care ethics. And i shall never get back to this branch again.
