Excellent customer service
I had the worst bank service experience at this Salem five branch and i got so disappointed. One of there branch personnel called Nisha is so unprofessional and disrespectful in fact she even lucks customer care ethics. And i shall never get back to this branch again.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Processed a loan application super quickly for me.
