I stopped by to cash a check and had a genuinely great experience. The process was quick, and the teller who helped me was incredibly friendly. We ended up having a really pleasant conversation while she handled everything. It’s rare to feel that comfortable and well taken care of at a bank, but this visit definitely stood out. Honestly, the service was so good that I’m seriously considering switching banks. I don't remember the girl that helped me but she was young and spanish

Worst bank in the world! They are hold $1500 on a customer service dispute that they won’t let me close, even though I have a letter stating the dispute was closed. They won’t provide provisional credit either so I need to wait 90 days for my money back. Go to any other bank trust me. This one does not have your back as a customer and will take advantage of you. They are the absolute worst as the back office doesn’t know what other departments are doing.

Had a pleasant experience at this branch recently. Spoke with an individual name Idalys and She was kind and knowledgeable. She Was able to answer all my questions with great clarity. Thank you. High recommend this branch!
