What I experienced from the Woburn branch was an absolute disgrace. I had money taken out of my account that wasnt authorized and when I went to the woburn branch for help I was told there wasnt much they could do and from that point on i was charged over 240$ in fees. When I went back to ask for help they told me they was nothing they could do and the managers customers service was beyond horrible and offered no solution to even try and help me out over a situation that was out of my control. Opened up an account a few months ago with Amanda at the Saugus branch and had a great experience in doing so. She was very helpful throughout the entire process .
