I am very impressed with this bank in every way. They are very professional, but also very friendly. They bend over backwards to help you. My only suggestion would be to have an answering machine on where a customer could leave a message i.e. for personal banking emergencies and for snow days. They could make a special recording for snow days explaining when they may open, etc. No communication at all is unwise.

Nice bank with friendly banking team . Any time they are ready to help you in your problems . Store manager Olga Faybushevich is very professional . She demonstrated energetic, ¿can-do¿ approach. I recommended this bank to all my friends.

I have been a customer of this bank for over 15 years.....they use to be a great bank.....back when they were smaller, unfortunately now that they are growing nothing separates them from the other large banks, their fees are outrageous. Since their old timer Tom retired in the loan department.....their team is like dealing with use car salesmen! I am moving all my business to another local "small" bank.

Finally, a bank that understands the concept of "customer friendliness", from the branch managers to the tellers! The extended hours, the politeness of the staff, the convenient locations, EVERYTHING about Salem Five is just great!
