My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the service we had. Alondra was fantastic and walked us through every step of the way and in such a timely manner. She really was great.
I was at the Highland St. branch of Salem Five yesterday and I had a great experience as I always do. All the staff there is highly knowledgeable and they always take time to answer all my business banking questions thoroughly. I go to the same branch often and everyone there is always friendly and quick to take care of all my banking needs including my frequent requests to notarize documents.
Alondra was amazing! She took the time to answer any questions I had.
I just want to start by saying—what a class act this bank is. I walked in with a purpose, and I left feeling like I had just gained a whole new family to invite to the cookout. From the moment I stepped in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping me. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days, and I’m truly grateful. Five stars all the way!
Applied for a job here and they discriminated me for not having a car although I can take a train in less than 30 mins. Bad.
