The customer service reps and tellers at this branch were very accommodating and helpful during both of our visits. First for information, then to open our accounts.

I was at the Highland St. branch of Salem Five yesterday and I had a great experience as I always do. All the staff there is highly knowledgeable and they always take time to answer all my business banking questions thoroughly. I go to the same branch often and everyone there is always friendly and quick to take care of all my banking needs including my frequent requests to notarize documents.
