Customer service is not good at all, they deal with your service in the lobby no privacy at all…I’m glad I took all my money somewhere else, and I can’t wait I pay off my mortgage so I do not have to deal with these people anymore
So they are doing an update and sending new card but yup have not gotten a new card and shut mine off 2 days ago why would my card get shut off if i didnt activate the new card i didnt recieve place is a joke and closing my account and so help me im missing a penny im sueing its a good thing i had some cash and b4 this the card doesnt work half the time 1 ive had for years as soon as i got the letter about them doing an update i thought about closing the account because i knew some b.s was gonna happen and behold here we are... read more
Requested to open an account as I moved here quite awhile ago from out of state and my bank had no close branches. First I was informed I “wasn’t local” despite my license that proves otherwise, and was then told my local business didn’t exist which was also quite easily proved, and when none of that worked I was told I “don’t want an account here enough.” I was unaware I had to go out of my way to show how badly I want to be at a bank when attempting to open an account. Not trying to be a jerk here but rather want to warn people. I had the same issue as mentioned in other reviews. I recently got an auto loan through here. I called right away to change my payment due date. I was told I could but I had to make the 1st payment. I made the payment and then was told they no longer can do that. They said I had to set the due date at the time I purchased the vehicle but I was never informed of this.
