Terrible service they make it almost in possible to make a payment on your loan with them and then are almost zero help when you need it. Stay away
Absolutely the worst bank I have ever worked with. I only have a car loan thru them and they make it absolutely impossible to make a payment but then call and send emails constantly reminding you to make payments. Every time I call for help nobody that answers the phone can actually help operate the website or help walk me thru making a payment. It’s just a terrible bank.
Always helpful and have gotten good loan rates with them too!
Customer service is not good at all, they deal with your service in the lobby no privacy at all…I’m glad I took all my money somewhere else, and I can’t wait I pay off my mortgage so I do not have to deal with these people anymore
