Countless hurdles, delays, threats of cancellation. They take 5 months to turn over photos and videos which include 10 pictures of the tiny scarce fruit table they set up for you and an hour and a half of a still camera that might as well have been an iPhone on a stand. They had the actual videographers running around acting like they were getting cool shots of the quince but oops, guess what that footage isn’t included. Be careful when hiring this service, you will have to call more than 10 times for them to start working, then you will have to call and call until they finally send you the samples so that you can choose the photographs, the photograph of the salon will be delivered to you a few hours before the event The video will supposedly take up to 5 months to be edited and they will finally deliver it to you, they will film your entire event with a fixed camera that may be focused anywhere except the quinceanera and if you want the im... read more
