Horrible service. Will never order again. 1st took forever to get my order. Was told they called me lots of times. I checked they never called me. 2nd my order was wrong. Never made it right and quit answering my calls and emails. I do not recommend this place.
To long to get pictures and never got the help in ordering my grandson’s pictures the lady always would say : I will call you back and she would never call back:

Horrible service!! Ordered almost 11 weeks ago was told pics took 4-6 weeks. Reached out a month after services and said she would reach out following week. Never heard a peep. Then remembered about pictures that still hadn’t been in contact with and I reached out to her and she confirmed the following day they “happened “ to be ready for pick up! Was done at that point and just wanted a refund!!
