I got a gel manicure from Yedannia. I love my nails so much, they’re gorgeous! She took her time helping me pick out a color for a trip that I’m going on and she pampered me with a hand scrub service and a quench moisturizing service. She was so gentle and warm and really really kind. Excellent customer service and professional professionalism and I can’t wait to get my nails done again!! Thank you Yedannia!
Terrible communication. I called to ask the hours. They told me they’d be open till five. I get there. They tell me the men’s side is closed because they use bleach on Friday and today Saturday it can’t be used. I ask them why it wasn’t mentioned to me when I called asking for the hours. They told me that not a lot of me come to the spa so, I said well it’s 50% of your business isn’t it? And they said no, it’s a lot less meanwhile, I’m sure they recognize the voice of a man on the phone. 1 million excuses, no accountability,... read more
I am local and have been here several times. The massage therapists and staff are wonderful but the facility doesn’t match the standard you’d expect for a spa. There is no designated quiet area, or at least it is not enforced. Do not expect to be able to sit and relax prior to your service. The lounge area is loud and you will have to listen to everyone’s conversation. Seating is limited. The steam room is broken most of the time. Over half of the locker locks to not work. It’s really a shame and not the typical luxury envir... read more
Outstanding!! We had 90 minute couple massage. It was really nice and relaxing for our weekend getaway. The price is hefty but the service and atmosphere make up for the cost. I will say, they could offer more than one drink, but that would be my only complaint.
Roses are red, violets are blue, This spa day was a dream come true. Hot tub, sauna, and a beautiful lounge, The most perfect place to relax around. The staff was amazing, thoughtful, and kind, The most incredible massages you will ever find. If you’re feeling stressed and don’t know what to do, Book Salamander Spa and treat yourself too. My mom and I loved every minute we spent, A five-star experience from beginning to end.
