The staff was amazing, thoughtful, and kind, The most incredible massages you will ever find. If you’re feeling stressed and don’t know what to do, Book Salamander Spa and treat yourself too. My mom and I loved every minute we spent, A five-star experience from beginning to end.
I had such a wonderful experience! The services I had booked were chamomile and honey massage and the coastal facial ! From the moment I walked in I was treated with such kindness. The Spa was beautiful and clean. And oh my goodness I left feeling like jello … and slept like a rock that night ! Fantastic message and fantastic facial! Please forgive me if I mess up the names but I believe I worked with Michelle and Ashley ! I will be back
I need to update my past poor review for the Salamander Spa at Innisbrook now that there is new management. The steam package has been brought back and I use it pretty regularly. The staff and facility are top notch. They have been able to squeeze me for manicures when I've come in for a steam, recommended skin care products, offer some very nice clothing and make sure I have what I need while enjoying the hot tub, steam room and lounge. I went to this spa for a girls day and had a wonderful experience thanks to my massage therapist Rachel. She was kind and attentive to my needs and preferences. Highly reccomend. My sister in law, Lisa had Fatima as a therapist and enjoyed her time very much as well.
