Customer service was on point, really helpful and went out of the way to make sure my son had not only purchased a product he really wanted but made sure it was right for the bike and went above and beyond to fit it to the bike when I was unable to. Great people, highly recommend when bikes become a struggle or you need help finding what you need. Will definitely be back. Thanks very much for all the help.
My 10-year-old stepson called to enquire about getting pegs for his bike, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. The staff took the time to talk him through the different options and pricing, treating him with patience and respect. We ran into a few issues later when fitting them, but the team went above and beyond to help us find the right fit for his bike. We had the most fabulous experience today at salamander cycles. The two gentlemen working today could not have been more helpful, gave us some great advice as we wanted to get some product to help our granddaughter with the flat Tyres she gets all the time at the family property. If you need anything to do with bikes, this is the place to go! Great prices too
The guys here could not be more helpful - fixed a broken derailer on the spot - Mike was amazing - thank you so much - made a young lad extremely happy !!!
Walked in as I needed a block of wood to put under my jack to raise it as I had a flat tyre on my car that was parked in the car park. They searched and found one for me. They were friendly and helpful even though I wasnt a customer as such. Thank you again for your help despite me not even being a customer.
