Staff at NG Salal are always friendly, helpful, and a joy to do business with. My only complaint is parking - I wish it was better. Otherwise, perfect. And thanks for the very tasty cookie!
I felt extremely profiled by the person that I interacted with in this last visit. I understand having to verify my identity, but this person was asking me what I was doing with my money, and commented how it was “weird” that I was paying my bills in cash. She was rude, and lacked the social skills to be working with people. I’ve been to this branch many times over the last few years and have never had an issue or experience like this one. I would go out of my way to avoid interacting with this individual in the future.
Lacks professionalism, respect. It’s a no for me.
