Disorganized and entitled, inconsiderate of the time of customers. It is also expensive - 90 dollars for 45 minutes, which I paid when I booked online. I booked for 1pm, and around noon the manager shifted my appointment to 1230pm. I agreed, but I had to rush a chore. When I arrived, at 1215, the staff acted annoyed. 1235 came and went, and nobody fetched me. The staff said that they were busy. Total and utter nonsense. I get a massage here fortnightly and it’s always great! Very relaxing and they are so nice there. I also like that you can book via text, very convenient.
