Absolutely loved my experience here! It’s such a peaceful and welcoming space and the perfect place to slow down, decompress, and do something good for yourself. The sauna and cold plunge were incredible, and I loved adding the vibration plate too. I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated. Such an amazing experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back!
Good selection of services. Really clean, nice facility. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wish I lived closer so I could get a membership!
My sauna experience has always been top notch at Salu. Friendly, helpful, encouraging and always clean! I love my sessions and they have add on experiences that have inspired me to try new things.
I love going to Salu weekly for a little self care and feel good energy! The red light therapy is my favorite with helping my body with overall pain and soreness. I have also started using the Nordic Cycle for a good mood and energy boost!
I LOVE Salú! This space is so relaxing, clean and friendly when you walk in. I love that I can relax in any room and each room holds something different. I love the Nordic Cycle room as I can feel the benefits within minutes in the sauna and the cold plunge. I love coming here!
