I love going to Salu weekly for a little self care and feel good energy! The red light therapy is my favorite with helping my body with overall pain and soreness. I have also started using the Nordic Cycle for a good mood and energy boost!
I LOVE Salú! This space is so relaxing, clean and friendly when you walk in. I love that I can relax in any room and each room holds something different. I love the Nordic Cycle room as I can feel the benefits within minutes in the sauna and the cold plunge. I love coming here!
Absolutely would recommend everyone doing this! I was only a red light therapy kind of girl, but have expanded to the Nordic Cycle room and loved that as well. Next up, halo therapy!
STILL Love Salu! Their staff is kind and helpful, and the Nordic Cycle has helped keep my muscles and joints happy while triathalon training. We’re so lucky to have access to such a great facility.
