Locals and NE Iowa visitors are beyond lucky to have Salú in town! I appreciate the privacy of the sauna and cold plunge being in the same room which allows for seamless transitions dependent on your individual preferences. The aesthetics are spot on and everything is exceptionally clean.
We did a party and it was amazing! Such a great experience for a girls trip!
Love Salú!! I moved to the area earlier this year and have held a membership here ever since. The women working are always friendly and helpful. All three rooms are great depending on what you’re looking for. My favorite is the Nordic Cycle room. The cold plunge does wonders for my joints. I love the way I feel walking out the door and I’m certain that’s how everyone who visits feels as well!
So the other day I went and sat in a sauna with red light therapy. Man was that what I needed. Plan to do this more often to help with my poor circulation. Thank you Salú Sauna + Wellness Spa for a great first experience. I will be working my way up to the cold plunges. So if you ever want to try out a sauna with light therapy I recommend Salu Sauna+ Wellness Spa.
