We did a party and it was amazing! Such a great experience for a girls trip!
Love Salú!! I moved to the area earlier this year and have held a membership here ever since. The women working are always friendly and helpful. All three rooms are great depending on what you’re looking for. My favorite is the Nordic Cycle room. The cold plunge does wonders for my joints. I love the way I feel walking out the door and I’m certain that’s how everyone who visits feels as well!
So the other day I went and sat in a sauna with red light therapy. Man was that what I needed. Plan to do this more often to help with my poor circulation. Thank you Salú Sauna + Wellness Spa for a great first experience. I will be working my way up to the cold plunges. So if you ever want to try out a sauna with light therapy I recommend Salu Sauna+ Wellness Spa.
After reading up on the benefits of sauna sessions and red light therapy, I decided to try Salu. I bought a single 30 minute session with red light and immediately after my session I signed up for a monthly membership. I was completely sold! I absolutely LOVE to sauna at Salú! I always feel rejuvenated after attending a sauna session. My absolute favorite part is the cooling eucalyptus towelette at the end.
