Good session and demonstration to my wife on the Lymphatic system. The compression boot around my toes was a very painful so I reduced the pressure after 7 hours a little to sleep. I reset the boot this morning around 9 am to enable movement when walking today. Firm but not too tight. I plan to leave the boot on all day. Cheers.
I always walk out feeling like I'm walking on air after seeing Sal. She really knows how to get my lymphatics moving and I count my days until the next session. She has also helped me recently with a new pair of compression pants and they are the perfect fit. Thanks Sal
I visited Sal for the first time today for MLD massage. Her space in Belmont is very clean with a lovely warm and fresh vibe. Sal and her team are extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. Sal's extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal and lymphatic systems really impressed me and it gave me a lot of comfort knowing she is well educated and experienced in treating issues in these areas. Her MLD technique is gentle and very effective. I'm excited to continue seeing Sal and her team.
