Terrible Experience ! I don’t often write reviews but in this case I have to share my experience with Sakura Lounge this past weekend. I was in Melbourne with my 15 year old son, and for a treat I agreed to book his first facial. I saw the good reviews @ Sakura so called them on Saturday to make a booking.
