Reliable and quick when they are open (if ever) it's ridiculous, I've been trying to call for the past 3 days to order a new prescription and yet no one picks up the phone. There's been instances where I've gone on days where they're marked open but are inexplicably closed, this is not how an eye doctor should work. Want quality every day service? Switch over to Berkeley eye center which is just down the road from this location.

my experience was amazing and fast and accurate and amazing frame selections will be back my parment dr for sure
