I received a two hour spa package for my birthday from my partner, I booked in FOUR times (even taking days off work) and each time I was phoned 15-30 minutes before the appointment to cancel as the therapist was sick. After the fourth time I asked for the money back which was refused. I went to try my luck a fifth time and see now they are temporarily closed. I assume as they already had my money they kept cancelling my appointments and prioritising those paying. Extremely disappointing, hard earned money down the drain.
I see this place has temporarily closed. Can someone from Sakura please contact me (i have tried several methods - no luck) Isa is the manager...I am owed money!!!! Thank you - ASAP would be great. NOT HAPPY.
