This place is absolutely horrible. Myself and 3 of my coworkers are from Ohio and we had a work event in Michigan. We stopped at BP to get gas and walked next door to grab lunch to go. We were probably gone 20 minutes and came back and they towed our car. Who does that???? And then charged us 180 dollars when all they did was tow our car to the BACK OF THE GAS STATION. LITERALLY THE IMPOUND LOT IS DIRECTLY BEHIND THE GAS STATION. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady was rude and had no compassion what so ever. Would never recomme... read more
RecommendedWe broke down with our 1949 Chevy truck. We called Sakstrups, they sent a truck right out and hauled it to Britton. Driver was very professional and courteous. I would use them again. Thank YOU
Steering linkage broke on my Jeep so needed a tow. Sakstrups rolled up in the time they said they would, winched it up onto the flatbed, and dropped us both off safely at home shortly after. Nice driver, very knowledgeable, and good to talk with on the way. Thanks for the lift!
My car wouldn't start x2 days...(even w/ a jump!) When driver, Brent Small, came to tow my VW bug to the repair shop...he fooled around w/ it for a few and it started right up...then he tried it x3...ALL GOOD...Save me time and $$$ MUCH APPRECIATED!!! Thank you:)
