Very disappointing customer service at Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour. I am extremely disappointed with the way my concerns have been handled. I contacted customer service regarding an issue with a purchase and the unprofessional behavior of a store employee. During my visit, the employee was dismissive and disrespectful. I had a wonderful experience! Marta was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Tamara, the manager, was also very supportive and made sure I felt well taken care of. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would highly recommend them!
I love this store!!! They are constantly getting new merchandise and doing big discounts on high-end designer brands today I scored forty percent off!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Big thanks to Yailene especially for going above and beyond. Joel and Tamara also had amazing customer service skills!
