I received a sweet pair of driving loafers as a gift, but I never wore them because they just don't fit, so I took them back in person with the new box and receipt and they said no, bc it was older than 30 days, so I left. I called up and spoke to another manager and she said unapologetically just leave us a bad review. Then another manager called me today to hear this same story, and told me unapologetically it can only be 30days bc of policy - thank you management
I tried to go in person, I tried to speak to Saks Off 5th Online, and then I called the store and spoke to a manager.... 31 days after the item is purchased, they wont accept the return, brand new and never used, never opened with the original box and receipt, but 31 days or more, they will not accept the return. SO why buy from them? what is the point of giving a gift if you know it cannot be exchanged for store credit. They were unapologetic, next time buy from amazon
