Terrible customer service. The lady that works at the jewelry spot clearly hates her job. No wonder the store is closing! They need better talent.
I accidentally ordered a shirt in a smaller size, paid for it, and when I realized my mistake and asked to exchange it for the correct size, they simply told me it couldn't be done, that the computer wouldn't allow it and there was nothing they could do. It's a shame that a store with such a reputation doesn't value its customers. Now I understand why it's going out of business.
