I removed the price tag from the top of the shoe, and the leather just peeled off. Then I lost the receipt, and nobody helped me, and the staff was rude
The Caucasian man with glasses and a round back has attitude problems. Every time I visited this store, he was never kind or helped people with a kindness. I understand you want to advise on how to take care of our children but no need to continue to be rude despite of us apologizing and saying it out loud in front of other people repeatedly which made it very embarrassing and unpleasant.
