“Decent Outlet Store” This outlet store offers a good selection of clothing for both men and women, but no kids’ items. The store can get quite crowded, which makes shopping a bit stressful. The prices are reasonable, and the variety is decent. However, the staff isn’t particularly friendly, which takes away from the shopping experience. Overall, it’s a good place to find deals, but don’t expect outstanding service.
Recently, I stopped by the Off SAKS 5th at the Phoenix Premium Outlet to exchange a birthday J Lindeberg Polo shirt. I had no receipt; however, the person who gave me the polo shirt he was able to locate a receipt and I asked the sales person, Joseph, to hold my shirt until Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday, there was no shirt to be found which demonstrates he did not place a hold to the shirt. Lucky, there was one more medium.
