It’s giving going out of business because of the lack of stock. Many shelves in the shoe section are bare, and other staple items like ties and dress shirts are very limited in basic colours and sizes. Not too surprising knowing that it’s owned by the same company as HBC. The only redeeming quality is the friendly and helpful staff.
Outdated expensive tasteless crap
I bought a pair of sandals made from synthetic leather from this store, and after just one use, the color changed due to the poor quality. I returned them to the store with the receipt and the original box, but instead of a refund, they gave me a store gift card. I explained to the cashier, who was also the manager, that I was returning the sandals because of their low quality.
