I saw Nina for the first time today. She is highly skilled and attentive. I left with my upper back and neck feeling completely refreshed and ready to go. Nina also provided day to day tips on what I can do to manage any muscle discomfort. They are a solid addition to this practice!
At Sakinah Irizarry's practice the messeuse I was assigned was Rebecca, who was obviously knowledgeable about musculoskeletal functioning. This allowed us to determine what was causing my pain and how to fix it. Though this was my first such experience, I always felt comfortable and relaxed. The massage itself was absolutely wonderful!
I have been blessed to experience massages since my twenties, now late into my 70's I have found my Healer of choice! Sakinah is spot on, her hands sensing all the spots that bind me. There is no greater gift to this ole' vehicle I travel around in, than a tune-up and lighten-ing by Sakinah. Thank you.
Rebecca was considerate and thorough. It was a great massage. If you can find the time to indulge yourself, it's well worth it!
I've been having back problems my whole life from breaking my lower back in junior high school and 32 years working in Dentistry. I have been having massage 2-4 times month for many years. Sakinah has been the best at relieving my pain and very easy to talk too. She will give good advice and you she seems to really care about helping her patients get the best therapy. I highly recommend if you are looking for a massage therapist.
