I came here because the place was recommended to me, but unfortunately I was not impressed. I had an appointment and the experience was honestly very awkward. The lady I met with was nice, but the first 10 minutes were spent explaining how their services are guaranteed and how they try to get you the best return. However, after briefly reviewing my documents, she simply told me how much I owed and asked if I wanted to pay it myself or if she should set up the payment. That was essentially it.
