I had my first appointment with Lauren in her lovely clinic in Telford. I was made to feel really at ease. She asked a few questions and gave me some recommendations to suit my skin. After an assessment I had the fabulous 9 step signature facial. She talked me through each step. I found all the stages very relaxing and my skin was plump and glowing straight away! I started visiting Lauren at Saintly Skincare in December and have since had a signature facial and two BioRePeels, due to have my third next month. I recently had a facial with Lauren, and I can't recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly pleasant and made me feel at ease. She took the time to answer all my questions with genuine patience, which really helped me understand the process and products being used.
